I focus on getting to the root cause of chronic pain to achieve relief on a more long term basis. My style relies heavily on strategic deep tissue and muscle activation techniques for posture correction and pain relief. I try to make the sessions as relaxing as I can, but therapeutic benefits are a higher priority than simply relaxing.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed to the credit card on file. Please message me directly asap if you need to reschedule and I will try to fill the spot to avoid charging you. Thank you
